Kim Kardashian- I do NOT use fillers or Botox when pregnant

Kim Kardashian has denied reports accusing her of using fillers and Botox during her pregnancy.

Kim had to set the record straight due to the InTouch report from earlier this week where a source claimed she 'gets botox fillers every three months' to maintain her 'signature look'. 

 'She sees a healthy child when she looks at North,' their insider added. 'So why would she worry that getting it done during pregnancy hurts anyone?'
